If you're here, I'm going to guess you are cut from the same cloth as those of us who felt all warm and fuzzy when we saw Halloween decorations sneaking onto shelves as early as July this year. Personally, I'm firmly in the #Halloween365 camp and have year-round spooky decor to prove it.
So while some may think August is too soon to start rehearsing for Halloween on Central or the multiple events that Thrill Saint Pete is already booked for, many were happy to risk the wrath of an impending Hurricane Debby to make that first rehearsal with Kira at the Bardmoor YMCA last weekend.
Then I realized with some embarrassment that I had forgotten to announce that this year's local charity for which we will dance to raise funds and awareness is Girl's Rock Saint Pete! https://girlsrockstpete.org/
Girls Rock is a community-building 'force for good' rooted in music just as Thrill Saint Pete is a community-building force for good rooted in dance. And although their week-long music camp and performance showcase at Jannus just concluded, we are happy to kick start their fundraising for next year through our own goulish performances.
That said, if you are interested in having dancing zombies at your special event, download the form in the "Hire a Horde" tab and email it back to us. We are all volunteers and have a fairly full calendar in October already but if we can accommodate your event, we would be happy to frighten your guests.
