How Time Flies...

Here we are! One month into rehearsals with performance events about to kick off. It's not too late for you to join us! Check out the "Events" tab for a list of free rehearsals. YOu can also find our public performances there. Private performances and true "flash mob" type events where dancing zombies are unexpected, those events are only posted to the private zombie dancer Facebook page.

Although if the 2020 lock down taught us anything, it's that we CAN do yoga, weave elaborate macrame and learn complicated dance choreography via video. Which means, if you can't get to an in-person rehearsal with us, we have links to videos that we are happy to share with our dancers. Catch is, you have to ask. Because call me Tastes-Like-Chicken-Zombie, but I'm not opening any of our volunteers - or me - up to criticism from anonymous web-bullies by making our video tutorials public. So ask to be added to the private Zombie Dancer page or, if you are sworn off the Book of Faces and other forms of social media (good for you!) you can send us an email to ThrillStPete@yahoo.com and ask for Videos.

But we highly recommend you try to get to at least one in-person rehearsal if you are brand new to learning Thriller. And if it's one of our ever-growing list of surprise bits of choreography mashed-into THriller, if you don't know it, you can always just 'play dead' until Thriller starts back up. Because it always come back to Thriller...

PS- This year, we are doing things a little different on the fundraising side. While we collectively choose a local organization to dance for every year (this year, it's Friends of Strays), we won't say 'no' if we are hired to perform for a different local charity that is near and dear to the heart of the person or organization hiring us. For that reason, some of our private events will benefit other local organizations like Sacred Lands (they are still recovering from those back to back storms a year ag0). We just want to benefit our Community! And smear fake blood on our faces.

With love and guts,

Lola, Julia, Dee, Jennifer, Sherry and Leanna
