Weather permitting; Parking is not free on the Pier but if you don't mind walking two blocks, there is limited free parking at Demens Landing near the Marina (turn left over the bridge and the free parking is on the right side of the street) Also, cleaner bathrooms at Demens Landing just FYI :)
Taught by Kate/Lola and Deneshia, look for the wooden sammich board with the Thrill St Pete sign, we'll probably set up in the grassy park directly behind the pizza bar (near the north side of the water), google Spa Beach Park.
This is a great chance to get comfortable dancing in public because, that's what we do to raise money for charity!
